Here I've learned how a successful real estate company can thrive in every market. My second year, I joined a small team with an agent who's also a contractor. Most of his transactions were homes that he flipped, and most of my transactions came from open houses on those flips. This team was great experience for me because I learned a lot about the investment side of real estate; I helped the team sell 4 flips. Afterwards, I joined the #2 team in riverside county because I had realized I needed more experience working with a bigger team. Here I learned the difference between a hobbyist and a real estate professional. I've graduated from Riverside City College to get my AA degree in Social Behavior Sciences and now I've earned a bachelors degree in business finance.
